This class is for teens 13-19 who want a class that’s little more hardcore for building strength, stamina, and flexibility, using a karate style workout. This will enhance your performance for all other sports, including existing karate students. No uniforms, no belts. Just bring your energy and desire to get fit! Taught by DMAA Instructors.
